Flights and airline suggestions?

Delta non-rever here. I plan to take a trip from ATL to Bangkok (BKK) in the beginning of February. I’m starting to look at route options from now so I have back up plans just incase I can’t make one of the flights. Planning to use ZED and fly Delta if I need to. Anyone have any suggestions on where I should fly from? Which airlines to take that usually have seats? Or best routes to take? I don’t mind going anywhere else in the country to fly out from. Would like to hear from anyone who took a similar trip. Thanks I’m advance y’all
