Hey yall! I'm a not-so-retired emo kid (Brand New forever), wannabe psychonaut, and hiphophead, 36 years old, female, living in Southern Connecticut. I work full time from home in Big Tech as a Content Strategy Manager. In grad school for Library and Information Science. I've spent more time with GPT-4 in the last 8 months than I have with other humans 😵💫
I spend a lot of time in my head and in non-fiction books. Thinking is probably my favorite hobby. There's nothing I love more than musing around in abstract thought. But I'm starting to realize that's made me a bit of a hermit. Trying to get out of the house and onto the trails more often. Wilderness is my happy place, and I need to get outside at least once a day. I don't even care what we do, I'm a sucker for spontaneous adventure that has us home by 8 😂😂 (maybe it's my age)
I'm crazy passionate, a bit chaotic but low key, sarcastic, extremely dark, a hardcore music junkie, intense, DMB-obsessed, and curious. I spend all of my time researching anything and everything that pops into my head. I laugh at everything I shouldn't and I have a weird thing for haunting song lyrics, banned subreddits, banned literature, 'curses' lmfao, and anything that has to do with the end of existence👽
Seeking new friends who actually like to chat all day, share good vibes, laugh about crazy shit, and meet up in person, get food, wander around exploring stuff, and see what happens. Preferably in the CT area. For those local, I'd like to actually meet up and hang out from time to time. I don't want to be penpals because I hate being glued to my phone.
