Fun little thought

I always find it funny when I hear other people in person or online talking about how it's not right to let people disfigure their body to align with whichever gender they feel more appropriate but at the same time will look at an afab person with a boob job or a face lift or butt implants and think they are hot. Like come on now if I can go out and get watermelons on my chest and no one bats an eye, shouldn't matter who I am or how I identify I should be able to get rid of things I'm unhappy with.
