getting misgendered at work

Hey friends. I'm AMAB and go by They/ Them. I identify as more fem but like to be androgynous. When I'm at work (produce manager) I exclusively get called Sir or young man. Even when I'm wearing my They Them pin. It makes it pretty obvious to me that I just look like a boy to everyone and it's really starting to get to me. I'm not sure what to do
