I am out on LinkedIn, which has been wonderful and super supportive. I didn't do a coming out post or anything in that nature, but I do have quite a few connections and started using #nonbinary and other similar hashtags and posting stories about the challenges of Nonbinary and workplaces.
I am also out at my work proper of course and have had 3-4 people reach out, either saying they felt supported by me being open and whatnot since I am the only one "out".
Question: How succinctly do you try and explain nonbinary? Pretend I am genuinely curious and want a brief workplace interaction on it to educate myself. I feel I am falling into a rut with my explanations and want to move out of it.
