Humankind Swim, who supposedly creates swimwear for queer people, should never get your hard earned money.

I placed an order for a swim top and bottom for $96 on 07/01/2024. The website states that they try to ship out within 48 hours of the order being placed. July 11 I still had not received any communication regarding my order, so I reached out via email and got an, “oops, sorry we are behind” response with no estimate of when it would be shipped. 07/17/24 I had not received notification STILL so I then asked for a refund as the event I wanted the swim clothing was coming up and I would not receive it in time. I was given a, “sorry, we can’t refund you at this point in the shipping process but we can give you a free shirt” as a response, so I then disputed the order with my credit card company on 07/23/24 as it STILL had not shipped. They also deleted every comment I made on their social media requesting help.

Do not allow this company to take your money! Buyer beware.
