Ok so. I’m AFAB, very plus sized and my preferred underwear are boxer briefs. I’ve previously had a handful of pairs of the period boxer briefs from tomboyx from before I was on testosterone and just saw no reason not to use those after since they were still in great shape.

Those stopped fitting long ago (I lost a lot of weight) and I went back to women’s cut briefs for a while, where my weight is held shifted with upping my dose of testosterone and a bit more weight lose, and if I have to rebuy ALL of my underwear again I’m going with boxer briefs this time. I just don’t want to be stuck paying like $20 a pair of underwear. I’d really really like to be able to go to a Walmart/target type store and grab a bag, etc lol.

I haven’t worn button/zip pants in ages for comfort, I had to have a couple abdominal surgeries. I can wear a 4 or 5 in torrid legging type pants so in general girl 4x or 5x size bottoms.

How screwed am I in guy underwear sizes? Where do I start?
