Is it possible for an adult AMAB person to get the thin, wispy body hair that cis women have?

I personally love that thin hair that you can see on tomboys/masc women/hippie chicks/pretty much every woman before the 20th century, but I've heard that estrogen doesn't really effect body hair. Could t-blockers do it, or because I've already gone through puberty do I pretty much either have to deal with mannish body hair or laser all of it off?
