Not medical advice! Just my own experience.
When I (27NB) was barely a teenager, I developed enormous and burdensome breasts that were lopsided E/F and G cup. At that point in my life, it was less about my gender expression and more about the physical struggle of hauling around that much tissue when I wasn’t even fully grown. I got a significant breast reduction and finally looked my age.
Now, as expected, I’m due for another and my mother (62) also had one recently.
I’m in school to be a medical professional and I take patient education and advocacy very seriously when it comes to gender affirming care. Please do your own research and I will not be giving medical advice. I can tell you about my personal experience, what I have researched, and help talk out the differences/misconceptions of top surgery, breast reduction, and breast implant/augmentation.
