Just started out here and still on free.

So I have a bunch of questions about how this all works. You will be sick of me soon no doubt however help is much appreciated.
So are there more Base characters and personality options on the page version compared to free.
I’m presuming that you can run the same account on the app and also the webpage depending on if you’re using your laptop or phone ?
And I’m trying to find out more about the voice and that all works ?
