my 7.1 randomly freezes, restarts, and takes 2-3x to do tasks

Recently my 7.1 has started acting up. It randomly restarts 2-3 times a week. It often will freeze for 10-15 seconds, and doing things like switching tasks or even just web browsing now stutters and takes a few seconds to open the new window.
Is anyone else having these issues?
