Uneven Noctua NH-D15S heat pipe?

As you can see from the pictures, it seems one of the heat pipe protrusions retracted by a couple of mm. I am not sure, I dont think it was like this prior to instalation. I was very careful applying torque and I dont think that is the cause. All fins look leveled. Questions:
1- Has anyone seen something like this and know the cause?
2- I see no reason for it not to work or cause damage to other components. Thoughts?
