Me: hey im calling to clarify a sig on a script we just got at x pharmacy.
Nurse: ok let me get you the pharmacist on duty.
NP: hey this is pharmacy, how can I help you?
Me: hey im just calling to clarify you wanted x normally the dose is y for this indication.
NP: yes that is how I want it filled.
Me: hmm ok, the dose is higher than the max dose for that patient could I speak with the provider that ordered it?
NP: I ordered it.
Me: I thought you were a pharmacist?
NP: yea Iโm a APRN with a specialty in pharmacy.
Me: ok thank you have a good day.
