Settings button crashes desktop on fresh install

Just installed nobara for the first time and everything seemed to be going well. Was updating the system on first launch. Got to codecs updates and it was taking quite awhile so clicked settings to change sleep settings before walking away. Clicking sleep settings crashed desktop. After it came back the mouse moved about 1 frame per 5 seconds. I restarted and install was bricked. Smh Nvidia install. Hardware specs are Asus 370e gaming, 9900ks, 32gb ddr4 3200mhz, 3080ti, Samsung Evo SSD, all liquid cooled. Thoughts? I'm currently completely starting over.
