So we all know about the leaked trailer at this point. Since it's (understandably) being taken down left and right, here's a brief description of what I could make out in the trailer before it's completely offline. Feel free to comment if I got something wrong, or to fill in some blanks I may have left out.

• It begins with Peter and MJ lying on a rooftop talking with each other. MJ says some weird spider fact that can't fully make out, but Peter eventually says, "Could we just, like, sit up here all day? It's so crazy down there". It then cuts to Spidey and MJ swinging through Times Square, where Jameson's voice is heard saying "Spider-Man is, in fact, Peter Parker!"
• Peter is then shown sitting in a police interrogation room. Peter tells the presiding cop, "Listen, I did not kill Mysterio, the drones did", to which the cop replies, "The drones that are yours?". As another cop slams a large folder in front of Peter, the two guys watching the video say something I can't make out.
• MJ says something I can't quite hear, to which Peter replies "What do you mean?". The scene then cuts to Peter, Ned, and MJ walking presumably to school, with people all around jeering at them. MJ responds in voiceover to Peter's statement by saying, "Now that everybody knows, you don't have to hide or lie to people". Peter then replies by saying "For the record, I didn't want to lie to you". We see them standing on a rooftop, where Peter continues by saying something along the lines of "How do you tell someone you're Spider-Man?"
• Peter is seen walking through his classroom. All of the students are staring him down, while he says "Now everybody knows".
• Ned and Aunt May are separately seen being interrogated, while Peter says, "This isn't about me, this is hurting a lot of people". Peter continues by saying something along the lines of wishing to fix all this; he is shown staring at something that looks like room decorations (it looks like a college dorm, but given Peter is still a high school junior I doubt this).
• LOGOS
• Peter then walks right into the New York Sanctum. It should be noted that pretty much all the VFX are unfinished; here the entire foyer of the Sanctum is blanketed white, indicating that the wooden view will be added in later. Peter is greeted by Doctor Strange, who says "So Peter, to what do I owe the pleasure?". As Strange goes to light a nearby fireplace, Peter says "I'm sorry to bother you sir-". Strange says "Please, we saved half the universe together. We're way beyond you calling me sir". Peter, taken aback, says "Okay Stephen". After a pause, Strange says "Well, that was weird, but I'll allow it".
• Spidey is shown running around what appears to be a school cafeteria. Here, one of the guys watching the video asking his friend, "Is that the black and gold costume?", referring to the costume shown in promotional art of the film. His friend seems to confirm this.
• Spidey is shown in a crowd being heckled by New Yorkers, while he says, "When Mysterio revealed my identity, my entire life was ruined". It cuts back to the scene with Peter and Strange, where Peter asks something along the lines of, "Can you, like, make it so that he never did it?".
• Wong (who before this hadn't been confirmed for the film) tells Strange "Strange, don't cast that spell. It's too dangerous", to which Strange haughtily says "Fine, I won't". Of course, the moment Wong leaves, Strange gives Peter a confirming look.
• Strange and Peter are then shown in a room, where Strange is casting the spell. He says "Our world is about to forget that Peter Parker is Spider-Man". That's when Peter approaches him with doubt and asks, "Wait, everyone? Can't some people still know?". Strange continues with the spell anyways, saying that "That's not how the spell works".
• Peter begins running down a list of people he wants knowing the truth. He first brings up MJ saying "So MJ's going to forget about everything that we've been through", but Strange rebukes him by saying "Stop yappering!". Peter goes on anyway and says "Oh my God, Ned, he's my best friend! And my Aunt May really should know-", but Strange again says "Stop talking!".
• Strange casts the spell in a big light show. The room then goes quiet, as Peter asks "What just happened?".
• THIS CHRISTMAS
• Peter is shown running down the side of a skyscraper (unfinished CGI) and down towards a sea of buildings. Strange says something I can't quite make out aside from the word "spacetime", but then says "The Multiverse is a concept of which we...". This fully confirms that the film is, indeed, going to build on the Multiverse concept.
• After a big explosion, someone is shown fighting Spidey on what appears to be a train, with purple CGI on the sides. Giant pipe-like things start levitating off the train, and the rails seem to bend up into the sky. I'm assuming this is Electro, and he now has the ability to make metal objects bend based on conduction (sorry Magneto).
• Peter and Strange are seen in the spell room again, where Strange tells Peter "The problem is you've tried to live two different lives". This is followed by Strange punching Spidey into the astral plane (as the Ancient One previously did to Strange and Hulk, and just like the latter case, Peter's astral form is him in civilian clothes despite him being in the Upgraded Suit at this time).
• Spidey turns around on a highway, and we see that he is wearing the Iron Spider costume with the gold Spider-Crest, also shown in promo art. It also has extra arms like the previous suit.
• The next scene has a building at night, where I believe someone is pointing a gun toward the building. This is followed by a person (who looks like Happy Hogan but I could be wrong) sitting in a car and staring out the driver's seat window, presumably at the gunman. Strange says over this, "The longer you do it, the most dangerous it becomes".
• After a yellow laser beam fires, we cut back to the highway, where a pumpkin bomb rolls down the street and explodes - confirming that the Green Goblin will be in the film in some capacity. As the screen cuts to black, Strange says "Be careful what you wish for, Parker".
• Back on the highway, Peter is shown talking to a woman in a car, who I believe is Aunt May, before turning around. We see a big smoke cloud before one of Doc Ock's tentacles comes out of it and slams on the ground.
• After cutting to black again, we get our first look at Doc Ock, who is wearing the exact same costume as in Spider-Man 2. He says "Hello Peter", then we see Peter standing on top of a car, before the gold Iron Spider suit molds over his body.
