Can i get mileage if i purchase a ticket for another name( me in non-US passport)

I have an account in hawaiian airlines.
A .The name : my name with husband’s last name in american ID.
B. I put another name in my account (my name with my foreign/maiden name)
A is my main name in account.
If i go to my family, i have to use name B, cause name on my passport. No other ways for international flight.
If i buy a ticket for name B, can i get mileage later automatically as i do for name A?
