I got sick with covid and was out for a week, on top of that I didn't get a Christmas bonus this year when other years I have and I was told a couple months ago by the VP the company is doing well so I'm not sure why I didn't get a Christmas bonus. On top of that, I am out of sick days at we only get five paid days off a year and I used them between doctors appointments earlier in the year and taking days off for vacation a couple days.
For some reason I feel like if they liked me, they would want to help me out and give me a couple sick days when covid is going around bad again instead of knowing around Christmas when people spend a lot of money on top of not giving me a bonus.
Am I just over thinking things or should I look for a new job? I don't think I will be successful at a company that doesn't like me and it feels like a waste of time.
