What's up with this new trend of typing without punctuation, paragraphs or proper grammar?
Post Body

I know the phone autocorrect isnt THAT bad, it's almost as if people are going back and intentionally taking away periods and re-spelling words to make it appear sloppy. Sentences like this:

"hey im interested whats the pay what are the hours also do you need additional references let me know thank you"

Even typing that, I had to go back and override the autocorrect and grammar suggestions. So what's up with so many people typing this way? I see this on:

-Job Applications

-Business texts and emails

-General inquiry emails

-Personal ads

-Advice forums

-General topic discussions

And nearly everywhere else. What's the appeal to typing this way? Is it a image thing, like "Look how successful I am, I'm so busy being successful making money that I don't have time to type properly."? Because it takes MORE time to go back and edit your text block like that.

Folks that type this way, can you clue me in?
