Why does the sun rise and set in the same spot around the same time but the moon is far more erratic?
Post Body
Well, even the sun's rotation isn't perfect (and let's not even talk about daylight savings) but it's relatively in the same spot. However, I'll often see the moon rise during the day. Or set just when I think it should be rising. What's going on?
