I have Googled this and searched Reddit but am not having much luck.

My brother in law has been in prison in Georgia since he was 19 years old in 1992 on a sexual assault charge. He is told he qualified for a release program to go to a half way house but that was a year ago and haven't heard anything else about it.

His brother (my ex) and his parents are all deceased, my son and I are his only remaining family. He is lonely and in need of a friend who will email or snail mail him letters, share pictures or whatever. He'd love to be talking to a woman but right now I think he'd be happy just to have a friend, male or female.

Does anyone know of a good prison pen pal program or website that I can sign him up for?
