Uh, my grandma changed her last name back to a previous one after my grandpa died. If I don't change my contact for her, am I essentially dead-naming her?

Name chronology goes as such:

Grandma Maiden-Name

Grandma Married-Name (different grandpa. Neither of us talk to him. Ugly divorce.)

Grandma Married-Name II (I'm not blood related to this one, but he raised me for several years before passing due to lung cancer)

Anyways, like... 14 years after his passing, she's gone back to Married-Name the First. Says she spent most of her life with that name, and that's who she sees herself as. And like, totally cool! It's not like I use my grandma's last name in any capacity anyways. But I've never updated my phone contact to reflect that (I don't use terms of endearment for my contacts).

And like... a synapse just fired and I made the connection I'm dead-naming her by not updating.

I... is this the same level of disrespectful? Should I change it?
