How do I find out who the "concerned Redditor" is who sent me a message?
Post Body

I got a message from RedditCareResources that says

"A concerned redditor reached out to us about you.

When you're in the middle of something painful, it may feel like you don't have a lot of options. But whatever you're going through, you deserve help and there are people who are here for you.

There are resources available in your area that are free, confidential, and available 24/7:"

and then it goes on to give support numbers and talk about depression and things like that however i'm fine and I have not said anything at all which would indicate that i'm struggling? So i'm really confused and I don't really know how this gets sent in the first place?
