Is there a way I can violently yet safely release my frustration?

Disclaimer: I have ADHD and my brain isn't cooperating right now. I also don't know of a subreddit that is more appropriate to ask this in?

✨I also have only my okay-ish slope of a backyard, a budget-ish, and my 8x11 room to work with in terms of environment.✨

So long story short I need an outlet/method to just punch my frustration away aka return to monke or some similar way that's equally violent and exercise-y in its focus; But doesn't require a million safety precautions/equipment to use. Something that just ticks all the destructive boxes, dopamine accumulation if you will.

I looked into punching the shit out of one of those stand up punching bags but there's so many available to purchase I'm confused. If I choose this route I need to buy one that can fit in my room and survive my manlet rage.

If anyone has an answer or an equally destructive and affordable alternative please let me know, I must return to monke.

Edit: Tl;dr I need a way that's physically fun and destructive to funnel my rage, short comings, and upset feelings into.

Video games are a hard no.

Edit 2: Destroying stuff is like crack to me and yes rage rooms are on my docket. I'm trying to see if there's any alternatives that might be something I can do daily or every other day maybe.
