Anybody have a hard time assigning measurements to things

So examples. I can look at a rock and know how much effort it will take me to pick it up, but Iām bad at figuring out how much that would be in weight.
I can look at a distance between 2 points and know how far it is practically, but Iām bad at figuring out how many feet are between the 2 points.
I know how fast I can run from that point to the next, but if you ask me what speed Iām traveling or what my time between would be if you put a stopwatch to it I would have no idea
