What's the name of the "style" of pizza that's served at the major chains?
Post Body

There's many styles of pizza out there: New York, Chicago, Neapolitan, Sicilian, and so much more. These styles tend to stand out compared to what's typically served at many of the big chain pizzerias (Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc.), which typically feature a thicker, doughier crust. I've been trying to put my finger on what exactly that style is called. Thanks in advance!
