Hey all,
Recently I've gained a lot of motivation to take better care of myself and appreciate my body, since it's done so much for me and I'm still young and in the best position to do so (21 to be exact). One thing I've wanted to know as of recently is how to support my immune system to be the best it can be, as it's such an important thing that often goes overlooked by people (thanks to Kurzgesagt for also spreading awareness about it)!
So, what are some ways to go about supporting it to be as healthy and strong as possible? I'd love to know and learn!
