How can I do a currency exchange on PayPal if I don't have a computer?

So I have been doing surveys on Prolific, and they pay you in euros. But I live in the US, so I'm not able to just transfer it to my bank, I have to change it to USD. Looking up how to exchange it, everything I've read says to log in, but screen shots are specifically from the desktop site. I don't have a computer, and even the site map link for the desktop site takes me to the mobile view. So does "request desktop site" in chrome. I have been all through the app (ios) and it doesn't seem to be an option there. Is there any way to do this without having a computer?
