I have a strong hatred for those who drive intoxicated. In my life I've definitely reported more than 20 of these assholes. Unfortunately I don't know if any of them have ever been caught. Tonight I reported one going down 91N here in CT. This asshole was driving so bad I saw him in my rear view mirror AT NIGHT swerving all over the 4 lane highway. I slowed down, called the staties and gave them make model and plate. I eventually lost sight when the driver hit 100 weaving in and out of lanes/traffic. There's a lot of exits and other highways the driver could have gone off. This made me really think about the odds of them being seen and caught. Probably pretty slim. So my question is: what happens? How much work do the cops put in? Do they wait at the person's house if they have an address? Or is it just a all cops keep your eyes open for this Infiniti QX50 with CT plates AZ-24222?
