Is a ring made of zinc bad for the skin?
Post Body

Was looking at some DIY jewelry stuff and found a video of a guy melting pennies down and turning them to rings. He said that the zinc melts and he removes the impurities (I'm guessing copper) and makes it into a ring. Most jewelry I see is made out of stuff like steel, silver, or gold so I was wondering if zinc isnt used as much cause it would have a bad reaction to skin.
