I work second shift at a factory and end my shift at 1:30 am. When I’m driving home and turn onto the road I live on, I’ll frequently see a man park his car then run up to a house on my street then run back to his car. He’ll repeat this process for a couple more houses. It’s usually the same two or three houses. This whole ordeal usually takes less than a minute. I’ve witnessed this happen anywhere from 1:30 to 2:30 am. He drives a normal looking car and doesn’t seem to have any packages in his hands. What could he possibly be doing in that short amount of time? Should I be concerned for my neighbors or is like a planned delivery?
