When did it change from 65 million years ago to 66 million years ago when dinosaur died out?and why?

Ive seen lately online and on videos (https://youtu.be/dFCbJmgeHmA) that dinosaurs died out approx 66 million years ago, and i always remember it being 65 million years ago when the asteroid hit that killed the dinosaurs.
Wonder when did it change and why?
