When you are using one of those calorie intake calculator, they always ask for level of physical activity in “x times a week”. There’s also the BMR and little to no activity. Since all our activities have now migrated to zoom and such, my normal day physical activity is limited to moving from bed to chair and bed, and so on. However, 5 days a week I walk on a treadmill 1.5 km at 4.5 km/h (around 20 minutes) in the morning, and in the afternoon I run/walk 4 km in around 30 minutes. I also do a little weightlifting. Given that those are my only physical activities and the rest of the day is spent literally without moving, I don’t know what is most suitable to me: physically active (5 days) or little to no exercise. TIA
