How can I make money while going to school and unable to get a job?

As the title says, I’m currently a student and have been split between in person and online teaching. I have tried looking for a part time job and have lots of resumes out there but unable to find anything. My money supply has almost all dried up and I’ve tried applying for help from the government but am not qualified. I am trying to avoid accumulating to much debt but it is getting really difficult. I am in Canada. I am not opposed to working and would love to work if I could. Is there anything I can do while looking for a job to make some money to pay my bills?
