Is there a good replacement for "man" to use in a friendly way with women?
Post Body

I'm a guy and say "hey, man" etc to my male friends. I can never find a good version for women though. If I say "man" it's like I'm denying their womanhood and if I say "girl" (as women do say to each other in my country) I'm afraid it will sound derogatory.

Has anyone found a good replacement?
