Repetitive processes

Does anyone else have processes for even the most simple of things and when you do it slightly different it just feels odd? This morning I put my pants on right leg first and it felt so uncomfortable. I also dry off from showering the same way every time, brush my teeth the same every time, and if I do any of these differently it just feels odd. Am I alone?
