Why is the word "pog" or "pogchamp" racist?

I don't know the background of the word, I just saw it used on a chat of Trackmania Twich streamer and they used it as a joke when the player did something funny or skilled.
I have just seen like 5-6 gaming streams in all my life and I ignored the chat most of the time so I don't know if the word has other connotations
