Now that I'm buying groceries and cooking for myself, I've realized I have no idea what to eat on a day-to-day basis, outside of dinner which I have down pretty good. I mostly just eat cereal all the time, but I'm getting sick of having cereal like 5 times a day. I'm specifically having trouble with both lunch and snacks. So, what do you eat on a day-to-day basis? I'm not looking for neat recipes or heathy twists or anything like that, I just genuinely don't know what an adult has on an average day for lunch and snacks.
