In an hourglass all grains of sand should be the same size?
Post Body

Basically, if you have for example two grains of sand that are a bit bigger than the other ones, when the sand is going to fall and in the little hole the two bigger ones fall together, the sand will be a bit stuck and fall slower than if the sand that falls is the small one.

So for the hourglass to work the same time on all runs the grains should be exactly the same size.

My question is if my reasoning is good and if I'm right.

I'm not exactly sure what I want to learn from this but I must know
