How do I handle insurance if I'm 26 and just got my learner's permit? (Pennsylvania)

Post Body

I'm trying to learn to drive, and am unsure what to do. I have a few friends over 21, as well as my older sister, willing to teach me. Do I need to get insurance since none of these options are technically my "household"? Or am I ok to piggyback off their insurance? Not really able to find any straight answers elsewhere.
