Going to therapy/psychiatrist without any concern whatsoever

Can I go to the psychiatrist just for the sake of it? I don’t think I have/had any question with my mental health but curious for the experience.
Does my action/curiosity will diminish people who in dire need of mental health treatment their access? And most importantly, is it tone deaf?
