If you can correctly ascertain someone's native country of origin by observing their physical attributes, is that at some level racist?

I can't, by the way. But like is it more racist or less racist to be able to hyper specify where someone's heritage is from like an anthropologist might be able to. 🤔

And please understand that the use of 'racist' is typically meant to infer racial prejudice and discrimination, but I'm not directly drawing that conclusion for the purposes of this question.
