Is it weird/bad to constantly need some sort of noise or I instantly get uncomfortable?
Post Body

Almost every waking moment of the day i either have headphones, earbuds, or my phone playing some sort of music, podcast, or video and when im not doing any of those im either listening to an instructor at school talk or out and about with friends and listening to them talk. Going long periods of time without sound cause me to get incredibly uncomfortable and sometimes even depressed. is this normal or is something wrong with me?

(some extra info here is that when I first moved to a big city from a quiet town the noise was way too loud for me so i started wearing noise canceling headphones everywhere and listening to stuff at a reasonable volume but now its become something i do constantly)
