Who does the "Call Now" voiceover for nearly every infomercial?

Whenever I see an infomercial on TV, I notice something peculiar: they get the same voice actor for the "call now" portion at the end of nearly every infomercial, and it's always different from the voiceover of the main infomercial. This has bugged me for years now, as his voice reminds me of a pastor who used to preach at my church. Here is one such infomercial this guy has done. I have always wondered who that golden voice belongs to. Thanks in advance!
