Can People Still Get my DMs?

I got an email from reddit saying my account log in was suspcious, go and review details and its me just logging in a bit a go. I go through the whole song and dance and unlock my account and try to continue with the convo I was having in a DM but suddenly no one is answering in any of them. Will somebody help me verify that they can read my DMs so I don't have to wonder if I skipped a step unlocking my account or something.?
