Just wanted to be sure, but does the concept of "no two clocks will be the same time forever" apply to digital clocks, alarms, phones, etc...

Another user had mentioned that time is based off the caesium-133 atom, and that time on two clocks in different locations/altitudes will eventually come out of sync because its measured depending on how closer you are to our ground/core.
