Good evening. I'm going to Rome for a week next month. I am very confused as to which outlet adapter I should be getting that provides the proper voltage and has the right number of prongs.

I saw this one on Amazon but it says it doesn't convert voltage. Do I need to get one that converts voltage? If so, which one should I get? I can't seem to find super clear answers anywhere. I will be plugging in my phone, my Pixelbook, etc. while I am there.
