Is there a concept of bad spelling/poor orthography in languages that use non-Latin alphabets?

I can vouch for English, Polish, and French all having concepts of “bad spelling,” as well as Russian.

What about Georgian? Greek? Hindi? Korean?

Or, what about when using Hanzi to write a Chinese language?
