I've been getting up at 3 am every night for the last 10 days

I left the states 2 weeks ago and after adjusting to jet lag, I've been waking up at 3 am consecutively.

At first I thought it was because I was sleeping with my girlfriend so I spent a few nights sleeping alone but the same thing happens.

From 3:00 AM to 3:59 AM I can't go to sleep no matter how hard I try. After 3, I fall back asleep and get up at my usual time 7am.

Any idea why this is happening and more importantly, how to make it stop?😅
