Would this type of program work? Or does it already exist?

Morning, So I've got a desktop computer with two separate hard drives, a small SSD and a much larger HDD. Is there a program where everytime I create a file on the SSD (my primary drive) it looks to see what the size is, and if it's over a limit it moves it to the HDD, and replaces the file with a shortcut? Thanks in advance you lovely people.
