Why do my pants always smell like sh*t after wearing them for only one day?

I was watching some YouTube videos about how to extend the life of one's clothing, and one of the techniques mentioned was to only wash them once every few days, to which I thought, "What?! My pants smell bad after one wear."
Is this normal, and if it isn't, how can I change this?
